At the samagam

My first view of the Gurdwara when we got there on Friday night.

Harijot Singh Ji and myself with kids of my friend Bhupinder Singh ji and one other cute kid.
Bhupinder Singh Ji with his younger son. He mentioned to me that he wears his beard out now, since I mentioned it to him last time we met. I thought it was so great, Sikhs look so much better in the Guru's roop!

Gurujot Singh Ji, Premdeep Singh Ji, Harijot Singh Ji, and myself.

I was wondering if you were here the same weekend GuruMustuk Singh was here? I was in New Mexico in June and remembered seeing all of you there and if you were here that same weekend I'm disappointed that we (me and the some other Vancouver sangat) didn't know. Harpal Singh and Japa Kaur were here that weekend as well and I had the pleasure of taking them to the Asa Ke Vaar program on Sunday morning at Khalsa School. From the sound of it looks like you guys were only in town Saturday. Well, next time you come try to stay for longer. We usually have a large smagum in December, May and August. By the way my name is Jaswant Kaur and it will be great to show you around and introduce you to more of the Sikh youth here in Vancouver. Take care.

WaheGuru Ji Ka Khalsa, WaheGuru Ji Ki Fateh!
Thank you for writing. I wish I would have been in contact with you sooner. I really would have enjoyed meeting more people in the area. We were there the same weekend as Gurumustuk Singh Ji. I would definitely like to come back and meet more people and see more Gurdwaray and maybe some of the sites. I'll definitely have to plan a longer trip when I'm able to go again.

I'm not sure when I'll be able to come back to Vancouver, but I would definitely like to meet you when I do.
