The sacred land of home

Actually my brother was driving when I took this picture.
I'm sure there are some snakes in those hills, but probably not too many. It is a pretty high elevation. As you get closer to the mountains it becomes less desert and the climate is considered semi-arid. I think the snakes prefer the desert, but I don't know for sure and this is pretty close to the desert.

People driving by thought they were in the matrix,"Whoa, that guy is driving and in the passenger at the same time". hehehe Just Kidding guys. Cool geography.
Just feel lucky cause I can only see horizon due to the flat ground all around. The only thing not flat are the Sierra Nevada mountians that are 200 miles way in the distance unlike close enough to bump into. But Ill be thankful to even be living instead of wishing I was living somewhere cool looking.
