I hope you took the full advantage of the opportunity to learn what you have been waiting for. I was @ Dallas Samagam. It was great but I couldnot concentrate because as soon as we reached the hotel, my 8 month old daughter threw up and then later she developed diarrhea. Though we had doctors @ samagam, but still I couldnot get connected spiritually because she was in pain and high fever. I tried my best. I spent most of the time with the baby in the hotel room.

We came back on Sunday night and our flight was 3 hours late. It was so cold in Dallas that they had a queue of planes to be de-iced. We sat for 3 hrs in the plane on the tarmac. The baby is slowly getting better.

Wow, I didn't know you were married with a baby!
You probably know like anybody else who sees my blog that I love children! That's sad to think of your daughter getting sick. That can definitely make it hard to concentrate. I know parents have their children with them in their minds always.
The lessons this weekend were great and I have a lot to practice.
I'm not sure what the next samagam is that I'll attend, but I look forward to that samagam.
I'm considering going to the Toronto samagam in the fall. It's really expensive to fly there from here. Somebody mentioned to me that it's cheaper for Americans to fly to Buffalo and then get a ride to Toronto. It's about $200 less to fly to Buffalo and according to Mapquest it's a 1 and 1/2 hour drive from there to Toronto.
If I worked it all out I'd definitely want to see Niagra too, since I've never been there. I guess I'll just have to wait and see how it all goes.

That's right. Coz, if you travel to another country, it jacks up the fare by considrable amount. Niagara falls is a beautiful natural wonder. Canadian side is more beautiful than the American as the fall is in the shape of a horse shoe. I guess you know all this.

So fall it is! I've been meaning to ask you when you are planning to come. I am not the best driver and even worse on directions, but if that doesn't scare ya, I can come pick you up from Buffalo (although you'll have to get a ride from the Buffalo airport to the border, 'cuz I aint a citizen:(). and I can show you the Niagra falls, and the Niagra-on-the-lake :) Awesome...looking forward to welcoming you :)
Chardi Kala!
