Heading home

These are some cool pictures we got near the California/Arizon border.

We stopped near the border of Arizona and New Mexico, in the town called Gallup and you can tell it was cold. In some places the whole ground was covered in snow.

Sat Kriya is a Yoga Posture. It is done by sittin in celibate pose (sitting on heals) and putting ur arms above head, hands interwined but two index fingers touching and pointing up to the sky. You say sat powerfully as you inhale and pull ur stomach in and then say nam softly on the exhale. Perhaps prabhu can explain it better. Its a great posture. :D
