Thoughts about Peace

How might we achieve world peace:
Individual education, empowerment, and then enlightenment.

Less esoteric approach to achieve near world peace:
alternative/renewable energy
vegetarian diet

Of course everything is in the will of God, and adversity is a part of that will. I'm not enlightened enough to say whether or not world peace is achievable.

Should we even bother asking the question wether word peace is acievable?

The important thing is we act in ways that help to bring about peace. As you said, wether it happens is up to god.

Just a thought.

I don't spend a lot of time pondering, I'm definitely a man of action. I was just thinking about these points and then wrote them down.
My point about alternative/renewable energy and a vegetarian diet are not subtle points. They are very direct. I'm not going to go into the details. Anybody with enough resources to find this blog can also find out why these two things can change the whole world, including nearly eliminate ozone depletion, world hunger, the destruction of the rain forest and many other things.
